Beardology – Returns & Refund Policy

At The Beardology, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and fair returns process in accordance with UK consumer rights law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Opened hygiene products (e.g., beard oils, balms, skincare products once opened)
• Personalised or customized items (unless faulty)

2. How to Initiate a Return

 with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide a return authorisation number and detailed instructions for returning your item.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.

Risk of loss or damage remains with the customer until the product is received by The Beardology.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please contact our team at info@thebeardology.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team immediately at info@thebeardology.com, including photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
